2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bajiok, you must complete registration with accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be cancelled at any time, and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. bajiok reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to any person found to have more than one account.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and OTP completely confidential. If you share this information with a third party, you will be solely responsible for any activity that takes place on that account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bajiok may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, deposits, withdrawals, or other services may be temporarily suspended.

The minimum age to participate on bajiok is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform. If anyone creates an account in violation of this rule, all winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

At the time of account creation or at any point afterwards, bajiok may request a national identity card or other government-issued ID for age verification. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they are using this platform in compliance with the laws of their country.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Three mobile banking methods can be used to deposit funds on bajiok: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can also be used to withdraw winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Ownership of Funds

All funds deposited into a user's account will be considered the funds of the registered owner of that account only. Depositing using a third party's card, account, or funds is prohibited.

4.4 Withdrawal Before Meeting Bonus Requirements

If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements of a bonus have been met, the bonus amount will be deducted from the balance and only the original deposited amount will be returned.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bajiok offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning in that example, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

A bonus applies only to the user in whose name the account is registered. Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled. bajiok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer — however, this will not apply to bonuses already received and active.

5.3 VIP and Cashback

bajiok's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is provided each week on net losses at set rates — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. VIP level changes are determined based on regular activity and account history.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the bajiok platform are operated through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no possibility of manipulating results. The same policy applies across all categories — slots, live casino, bingo, fishing, and sports betting.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during gameplay, the result of that round will be determined according to the server log. In the case of an incomplete game round, bajiok's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Betting Limits

The following activities are completely prohibited on bajiok, and if any such activity is proven, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited:
